2. Publicly Available Sources

Many listings are discovered automatically from publicly available websites, including government portals, multilateral agencies, development banks, foundations, corporate programmes, and aggregator sites that actively publish opportunities to attract applicants.

We do not access password-protected areas, bypass paywalls, or circumvent technical access controls. Our automated tools respect robots.txt directives and rate-limiting signals where technically feasible.

3. AI-Powered Summarisation

Discovered content is processed by artificial intelligence to extract structured data such as titles, deadlines, eligibility criteria, funding amounts, and application URLs. The resulting summary is a condensed representation of the original announcement, not a verbatim reproduction.

Every AI-discovered listing clearly links to the original publisher's page. Users should always verify details — including deadlines, eligibility, and application procedures — directly on the source website before applying or taking action.

4. No Ownership or Endorsement

AOI does not claim ownership of third-party announcements, tender documents, or programme descriptions. Listing an opportunity does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or verification of the offering organisation.

5. Accuracy and Timeliness

Opportunities change frequently. Deadlines may be extended or withdrawn, eligibility criteria may be updated, and URLs may become inactive. While we aim to keep listings current, we cannot guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy. Users bear sole responsibility for confirming details with the original publisher.

6. Removal Requests

If you are the publisher of an opportunity and believe it has been summarised inaccurately, or if you prefer that your content not be listed on AOI, please contact us and we will promptly review and, where appropriate, remove or amend the listing.
